Why should I use SeeWolf Online? SeeWolf Online offers complete hosting solutions just like most other companies - but two things differentiate us from the other guys: 1) You aren't sharing your bandwidth with surfers, DSL, or resellers. Our Internet access is provided by tier 1 companies - thus the we are receiving the bandwidth that we are paying for vs. from lower tier providers where they've sold the bandwidth. 2) The customer isn't just a number with SeeWolf Online. We know all of our customers and develop close working relationships to insure we are meeting their business goals.

You've mentioned numerous times that you don't oversell or resell your bandwidth, why is this important to me?
I'm sure you are like us - you want to get what you pay for. . . unfortunately with some providers (including the big companies) they over sell their bandwidth. They are banking on the fact that not everyone will be online at the same time. That used to be a good assumption - not anymore. We get calls repeatedly from people who say after 9:00am on the East Coast they can't download large files from their provider... reason being they are losing too many packets for the download to be successful. Another example: Our sister organization was doing a database job for a company in Albuquerque who was buying bandwidth from a third tier provider - after 9:30—our sister company couldn't assess their database because 32% of the packets were being lost.  Because of these horror stories, SeeWolf Online is determined not to over sell our bandwidth and one way to avoid that is to not provide DSL or dial in service.

What is web site hosting and why do I need it? 
Web hosting is a service to provide your web site 24x7 access to the Internet. When you buy hosting services, you are buying space on a server connected to the Internet 24 hours a day. Hosting services may also provide e-commerce support to assist companies in providing secure transactions on the Internet, and business-to-business applications to reduce cost.

Can I set up my own server and not have to worry about a hosting company?
Sure, if you can afford to provide the dedicated bandwidth and afford to take time away from what you do best - running your own company. But why dilute your revenue by trying to do everything when you can have professionals host your site for a fraction of the cost?

Can I change plans once I set up an account?
Most definitely. Your website should grow with your business.

Why doesn't SeeWolf Online provide a tool to perform server management like other hosting companies provide?
That's easy - we do provide 100% terminal server access to your server IF it's a dedicated platform for your organization. We DO NOT provide a server admin tool for shared hosting customer for security reasons. All of our hosting customers have administrative access of their website - but not the web server. We don't want customers to inadvertently cause the platform to crash, so we keep tight control over system configurations.  We find what other providers do in this arena unacceptable and we value our customers more that that - its a nice marketing gimmick but in practice it often leads to disaster. «END»
