because they have a backup system doesn't mean they use it.
SeeWolf Online does, and our service agreement, tailored to

Multiple
high speed connections, but what's the utilization?
SeeWolf Online doesn't share their high
speed connections with dial-in or DSL customers. Our hosting
customers get full access to the bandwidth. We maintain
a bandwidth reserve to insure we meet our business customer's
needs.
Emergency
back-up power. This is an interesting one - you should ask
your provider how often their back up generators get used?
For how long can they sustain power?
Our backup generator turns on automatically every week to
ensure functionality. In reality, the power grid is very stable
at our location, but the piece of mind that our power plant
is functioning provides customers with added assurance. Our
system can be 'hot' fueled, so should sustain use be required
(over a week) the system can be refueled without power interruption.

Security.
SeeWolf online is committed to information
